something weird going on...

Okay so I have two white widow girls that are two weeks apart. My older bitch is looking fantastic, and some of the hairs have just started to turn amber. My other younger one, has just started showing buds, and for some reason, one of the buds on it has all amber coiled hairs.. And another one next to it has half amber hairs too...What gives? The buds are still tiny as they have just started developing. Any help would be appreciated

The hairs look almost shrivled or burnt...I don't understand why..They are on the lower part of the plant so it's not like the light burnt them..

if you want advice based on the info provided and the lack of pictures, I say they don't receive enough light down there ..
