Chief Moore had this message for mannequin owners.

"Just to clear the record, all citizens of Hudson should be put on notice that if you park your locked vehicle on the street on a sub-zero night with a life-size realistic mannequin seated in it... we will break your window."'

Because they got nothing better to do...

I thought it was pretty funny/common sense. Like.. I don't think they were trying to be dicks. It was well-intended. But I think it was just so ridiculous, even they were rolling their eyes, like "WTF.."

I guess people will do anything to amuse themselves.

I leave my medical mannequin out in my yard overnight. No one has ever messed with it...
