Something is wrong??? Help

something is wrong with my plant im thinking its the lights or soil i have it growing with 2 26w ge cfls and im about to add a brinks 7054 42w 6500k today and my soil is gardeners pride with a 2 to 1 ratio of perlite im also going to change my soil to only 1/4 perlite becaue i think my soil isn't holding water so im going to cut down on the perlite please help look at the pictures and tell me what you see?

i don't see the problem........and 33% perlite is perfect, imo.

with the plant being that young chances are it just grew it's tap root into a heavy deposit of nutrients i see a couple really faint issues coming up but mostly over watering, let it sit but keep an eye on it. if it hasn't corrected it's self by Friday and the new growth still looks pale with darker veins flush and start applying half or 1/4 strength nutes 2-3 days later
