I've been researching MJ growing for few years now(just didn't have access to a grow space), I have read like 4 books about growing and saw various grow DVD's(I think most of them) so I'm not that much of a dummy.
a while ago I had 10 "HQ Seeds" WW seeds, that didn't germinate using paper towels, well I thought maybe the tap water had a pH with a value too far from 6,5 and the seeds were about a year old(but I kept them in a cool dark place)
Then I bought 10 "Mandala" seeds and I bought Mandala's only because I have heard of their good germination rates. And this time before putting them in water overnight, I putted them in a sandpaper tube and shaked for a while. And with one seed I used tap water - the seed didn't germinate, next time I used drinking water with a pH of 7,1 and it didn't germ. again.
The third time I used distilled water, BUT IT DIDN'T GERMINATE!!! WTF?? And you know what, the temperature was almost ideal it was from 26 - 28 C (I've got a thermometer with a high/low setting)
Any suggestions?
