what kind of cfl bulbs (spectrum,size,how many) would be best to keep say a 3-4ft momma good and healthy??? the space is is say 16 sq. feet. HELP PLEASE!!!

Your gonna want the cfl to be in the blue spectrum around 6500K. I keep 2 mothers under a single 300w Blue CFL and they love it. 300w might be more than needed though.
