Someone please help! (from mites to disaster :S )

Hey guys, the other day i noticed mites on my babies,and the only thing i had on hand was some bug b gone spray and couldnt seem to find any neem oil on shelf anywhere!!!,when noticing the mites riddling my plants,i anxiously sprayed my babies with this crap!
The next morning I freaked out a little when noticing a soapy/foamy bubble like film in my reservoir!!!
thought it might of been from the spray so i sprayed water over them drenching em to wash the leftover shit and pests on the plant
stupid me ddnt give the ph down time to mix properly so the water might of been a bit too high!! :S

Looking at them today the plant i sprayed heavily with the bug b gone looks really bad! not sure if it will survive!! the other clones look damaged too,just not as bad!! :(

Im not sure what to do,Really need some hard help!!!
not sure what to do to fix this,spray her down with ph'd water!! maybe not even worth trying! :(
here some pictures! the leaves have weird spots and burn type of marks over them and shriveled,crumbly!!
ive cut some off that were beyond repair!!

Please help!!! :(

holy crap..rinse em, change water and clean rez. Maybe some superthrive for stress.
 
Did you spray them with the lights on? when you foliar feed or just spray water on them you dont have to ph water..

yer i think i did have the lights on when i sprayed them and realized so turned em off early!
Not early enough by the looks of it!! :(
