I am operating an ebb and flow system feeding the plants once a day they are burmese kush under a 600 watt MH light The ph is 5.8 and the ppm is 1000 they are about a month old and i am still vegging i am not having problems with anyother plant excep this one. What do you guys think this is?

i grow in soil but from the other threads on hydro ive seen isnt 1000 ppm a bit much for one month old plants? leads me to say nute burn. again i grow in soil though. just my opinion for what its worth.
