Have you sprayed them with anything?
Dripped something on them by accident?

Otherwise, it looks very, very, very buggy.

I've got the same thing on one of mine. As you can see by the photo my lights are to close causing burning. Perhaps to close to the light? I ran out of overhead space (this is why we scrog!) but today I did managed to get a few more inches by re-hanging my hood. How far are you from your lights?

Looks like progressed MN deficiency to me, the younger leaves will start to get it first. Or as previous poster stated, it could be from dripping something on to the leaves and the plant disagreeing with it.

If it is bugs what do you think it is. I don't use any foliar sprays just feed once a week and water once a week
TBH I couldn't tell you, what type of bug it is.
But if it isn't splash damage etc. In my experience it could only be bugs or disease. It's more likely to be a bug before disease.
We might live on separate sides of the world too. Pests that thrive where, we are, may be different. Most bug damage looks very similar.

Try to find a bug, especially underneath the leaves, on the stem, in the soil etc.

It may be worth, just giving them a preventative / irritant like neem oil.
Or something, generally devastating for bugs like spinosad. Which is quite safe for, humans and most household pets.

I veg under an 8 tubed hi output t5 I only have 4 bulbs turned on. I have burned my plants from them growing all the way to bulb before however that fan leave in the pic is farther down not on top of the plant. I do tend to keep my t5 pretty close raising it every few days to adjust for growth.

I suggest an all round pest preventative, such as neem.
It's "clean house keeping" and is standard procedure for symptoms like yours.

Thank you tim1987 Ive never used neem oil but have read about it . Never had bugs to my knowledge. And I have a 60x to 120x pocket miscrope and I check. But who knows I'm sure I could miss something. Only thing I've ever used is insecticidal soap when I've gotten clones from outside my garden.

Also feed silicon solution by dyna gro pro tekt during veg. Could it be some sort of nute lock out I don't feed full strength. Quarter to half depending on nute. Also see some lear claw. In flower these white spots have seemed to go away in the past I just notice more of it in the crop I have in veg now

Check under the leaves for mites.

If no did you spill nutrient water in the leaves? That's what part of it looks like.

If all we if fine and no pest it may be nothing. I've seen it happen before.

it would be a nute issue or a ph imbalance

I agree with rob333, more than likely a PH issue or the beginning of a phosphate deficiency, soil = 6.5 soil less 5.5, if you have and been using a scope to find bugs and haven't found any then it's not bugs, I'm sure you've looked on the underside of the leaves that's where mites like to live and their easy to spot along with their eggs, leaf miners will leave squiggly lines on top of leaves and you'd be able to see the miners crawling on the leaves.
