hi alot of people try to solve this but no one have made it... im 80% sure one of them is geneticly bad coz iv used the same stuff in both...iv burndem a bit with lamps but they on lower shelf now just have a look and try to help i just want to ad older leafs looks like overwatered and they curling down...just have a good look

there is some more pics and dont be bothered with those wwhite dots thats just my co2 machine starts to spit a bit of yeats and sugar

Sure looks like a zinc defiency Any Chemical/Organic nutrients that have potassium in them will fix a Zinc deficiency.

iv ad a week ago house plant food spikes NPK is 10,8,12 that didint help :/
