some sort of deficiency with PICS

noticed a bit of discolorattion and a slight crispiness not on alll of the leaves just a few i ph my water everytime i feed and water to proper ph and dont over feed and im also having a bit of a stem problem at the base that i believe is from letting the water and feed mix hit the stem when pouring other than that plant looks healthy and is flourishing its only been 3 weeks or so since seed any info on what this could be would be great thanks

70% ...but the stem and crispness of the leaves look abnormal to me
