Some several questions bout my 3 weeks old plants

1st pic - plant no.1
2nd pic - plant no.2

They stated to look diffrently, those pics were taken 4 days ago. Plant no. was getting higher while plant no. 1 was staying abit more lower but started to get more bushy, is this information can indicate a male or a female yet?

I noticed a few little very very small white dots on a few leafs what can it be?

any tips and recommends for a cannabis growing newbie will come in handy

how old r they? they look quite healthy.

in the picture they are 3 weeks old, now I can say 3 weeks and a few days

any tips will do the job, they are staying at the front yard, they get all the sun daylight and I water them once a day, I spray them with water sometimes added with a few drops of anti - white flys and leafe suckers it is organic of cource.
