Some light tips!

Hey there!
I'm planning to build a pc grow box... not too tall!
I'm able to put only 3 bulbs! what exact (CHEAP) bubls i should use???? (Please if it's easy for you guide me in this site http://www.1000bulbs.com/)

Flowering?
When should i start flowering and how exactly i should do it?

growing in a PC case is hard.

the case should be 17" high or more. that's the size of my case and the buds regularly touch the lights, so i have to do a lot of maneuvering and shit, and it's a pain in the ass...

in terms of bulbs, it depends, i was able to put a few lights but i used a surge protector/multiplug and 2 42 watt bulbs, and 1 26 watter....

and don't talk about flowering yet, you have to get everything together or you'll be overwhelmed....
