Some kind of bugs

Recently acquired some cheese cuts with double serrated leaves and 3 leafed leaves all over. Was hoping this was gonna be something special, my friend got 10 and potted all in aqua farms and I was planning to make a mother until yesterday when he told me he has found what he thinks are spider mites. They are 3 weeks old and very small and have what look like lava that move pretty quick. My cut has just been under a cfl in a cupboard not doing much whilst I build the mother bubbler(thank god).

Almost looks like it might be thrips.

I second the thrips diagnosis.

Thanks guy after reading up on it I've binned my cut, as I've got plants somewhere else on their 2wk of flower and don't want to compromise them. my friend however is reluctant to bin his but they are 3 weeks into veg and look shit. Very little growth and personally I reckon she should start a fresh,bleaching everything good rinse and start again
