Some kind of bug? What do I do?

I put my plants (which are usually indoor) on a balcony (6th floor) the odd time when it got too hot in my grow room and I brought them inside yesterday (after they had been out there a few hours) and this morning I noticed this on 2 of the 5 plants. It is very limited right now...3 leaves affected in total. All limited to top leaves. Nothing affected in lower foliage.

Also, one leaf is twisting...not sure if it is related.

This is my first grow. Is it a bug? What do I do?

Also, I did just feed nutes yesterday and may have splashed a bit. Could it be that?

Bump. Does anyone know of a general purpose foliar spray that will deal with this?

Might be a bud, thats possible.
Or it could be from pulling on the leaves when you pull the top down to check it out.
I rip the leaves all the time just from casual play with them its no biggy.
