some buds ready before others?

On my plant there are some lower/smaller buds that arent getting as much light as the rest and the hairs on some are turning red and receding. My question is do I wait till my whole plant is done or is it ok to precut some of the sidebranches with buds on them.

It's fine to cut them that way. It's not uncommon for some buds to be ready a little bit before others.

you can chop the top and shit will bulk up next time top sooner/ grow shorter
