Some body please help tell me what's wrng with my seedlings using dwc and I have pics

Ok, I can only get a quick glimpse before an add takes over.
Do you have a way to check the water ph?
Are you using distilled water? That Dwc looked like it
May have some light leaks. Only got a quick glimpse.
 
I just dumped the water out but yes I have a chemical pool ph tester is there a way I can send u the pictures becuz I really need this help
 
The light was 29-30 inches away (from bottom of container to the top of the light) I just put it bout 19 inches away (bottom of container to top light
 
Yea I used nutes but I'm doin a hydroponic(dwc) so I mixed the nutes in the water ...how can I bring the Bby bac healthy ???
