Some advice for a 5x5ft Tent Grow

I've done a lot of research but I am still very much a noob.I was wondering with a 5x5 tent with probably a 600w light what would be the best method for getting the most yield from the space I have. Also with said method how many plants would I be looking to plant?Thanks in advance.
