Welcoming a new addition to the little family today, picking up my male boxer puppy today! Still a 10 week old pup, so getting him before all the bad habits are picked up! Pretty excited, as it has been quite a while since I had a dog, aftering having multiple dogs my whole life. Ill get pics up when I can.

Garden is thriving, so glad I bit the bullet and got the big ro filter. Its making a world of difference. I know now next season I am going to have the infrastructure in place to hit the home run I been looking for. Which I think ended up being a blessing that we ended not getting the land as well. There are 2 creeks on it, and a spring, which I thought was going to be epic. It turns out, it makes it a flood insurance nightmare, and county nightmare to try to build on or grow on. They hit us with wanting to do a run-off study for 2-5 years before they would allow it to be used as a legal OMMP or tier 1 rec grow. One of the newer conditions the OLCC added in was established water rights. Regardless, since this season didnt jump off like I expected, its gives me another year to stack up some more cash, continue to find/breed the strains that will kill it here in oregon, and keep looking for the right place. And more learning to be a better grower never hurts!

grats on the boxer, my family bred em as a kid. showed at crufts and stuff. really great temperament. loyal and protective but prone to being a bit daft at times.

crazy shiz re the land. the gov over the pond do love their silly rules and regs eh.

Everything looking great Papa...especially that forecast!
I see you're already breaking him in papa! Good luck to you guys.
Nice looking pup.
He'll make a fine addition to the family.
You just got a friend for life. And probably the best one you'll ever have.
white socks too. he's a handsome chap papa!

Thanks guys. Yea, he's fitting right in. Kittens are 11 weeks old so seems like it was perfect timing son they can grow upntogether.

And ya, dogs make the best friends. Way more loyal then humans that's for sure. Pretty excited to have a pup again.
