Soldering Iron's!!!

Ive read quite a few times about soldering irons but never really got to see what the point of it is. I assume it burns at lower heat then a lighter but at the right temperature weed burns at. Is this true? Id like to know what everyone knows about this. Hook me up =D.

No butane flavor, better control over what gets lit to save more green for the person to your left, and no need to buy refills or more lighters.
