Soilless Mix, Rain, and Nutrients

I'm using a soilless mix for my plants. Some of them are outside.. I'm trying to balance the feeding schedule with the rain. Yesterday I had to feed my plants because it hadn't rained in a while. Today it's calling for 50% chance of rain.. if it does start to rain is it going to wash away the nutrients I gave my plants yesterday?? or even worse overwater them??

Also can you see spider mites?? I was looking my plants over as usual when I saw two little tiny flea size bugs under one of my leafs.. they weren't fleas because when I touched one of them it moved like a spider. Anyway to make sure I took the plant out and put it of to the side.
