theres some white stuff growing on my soil but my plants are healthy what is it?

looks like mold. take it out.

take a spoon in there and scoop out the top layer and like the other guy said.. you need more air so add some perlite when you transplant again

scoop it out and throw it away and add a small fan to blow near the base of the plant.

Mix 30% or so of perlite or vermiculite (both are cheap), that'll lighten the soil and offer much better aeration. I'd start with good soil too, ditch whatever that shit is, lol
