Soil question. (help appreciated)

well i was looking around for soils and ran into "Green Country TopSoil" and i just wanted to know if it was any good? and another question i have is, if i get it when should i start putting nutes in? (im starting from seed btw) thanks to everyone who helped

depends how much ferts are in there mate.....usually say with bio bizz all mix ul get 4 weeks approx without having to add nutes at all/...i have no knowledge of the soil u mention...
