I have used FFOF for my grow indoors because I like I have to use no nutes for the first month. Does the Pro Mix HP have that same concept?

FFOF has plenty of organic nutes to last a bit. Pro Mix doesn't have the nutes. So no, don't treat them the same.

No, however, you can make your own amends to it. For instance, adding some Dr. Earth 4-4-4 and Dr. Earth Flower Girl and slapping on some top dressed EWC can make for similar result.
