Soil prep for transplant of seedlings

I used Miraclegrow soil last time and wasn't thrilled with results. I want to do as organic of a grow as possible.
this time around, I got some organic soil from Walmart called Earthgro. Bag says ingredients are: Hypnum peat, forest products or compost, sand and perlite.

I will be using organic Nature's Nectar nutes in the recommended combinations of Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium when the time comes... (in 1/4 strength dilution at first when they are babies)...

Any thoughts on additional soil treatment prior to re-potting the seedlings (which are currently started in peat pellets)???

I appreciate your input.

No comments... maybe i should clarify... molasses? mychorriza (sp?)... you know... that fancy jazz. Thoughts?

I use fish shit and molasses in abundance. Im outdoors though and plant in the ground. the sativas respond well to the fish poop, it just smells awful!

Thanks... so just get some pet goldfish or something and water the plants with the poopy fish water when changing out the fish bowl?

I lost a couple seedlings early on when transplanting into Miracle-Gro Potting Mix. When I explored I
discovered that large chunks within the MG PM were laying on top of the new seedling preventing growth.
Solution -- I still like the MG PM because you never have to feed seedlings, but now I hand sift the soil
first to remove larger chunks of organic material (wood chunks).

BigSteve.
