Soil + bacteria help

Soil - i am going to be buying soil for my 3rd indoor grow maybe next week when im closer to transplanting. plants are currently in solo cups they are Sativa/Indica Hybrids. strain is Strawberry cought. I am wondering which soil brand i should go with though.

My current options are 1. Fox Farm Ocean Forest ( have used on my first grow but felt kinda hot when transplanting could be because of bad watering + plastic pot idk ) 2. Roots Organic Original ( been using on my seedlings right now and 2nd grow i love this stuff it dries out slightly quicker then the FFOC to me but major issue is i seem to be always having fungus gnat issues with this soil. they go away after like a week or 2 but it's something i don't want to really keep dealing with if it is a manufacturer issue. the soils are kept in a building with a roof so they can't be getting wet ) 3. Pro Mix ( idk which one it is but this store just got it in and is the ONLY store in my state that i found pro mix at. )

Bacteria- How often can i be adding beneficial bacteria via Voodoo juice? i want to keep the population thriving but i don't want to be adding it so often that it will cause issues. my plant was to inoculate the soil first, then add 1 more time then possibly every 1-2 weeks after. I will be feeding them every 1-2 weeks as well with unsulphered molasses. i currently only use myko's which has helped my root system grow bigger from my past grows but i want to up my root game more by adding bacteria.

I water with recharge one watering and the next watering worm tea. I slam my soil full of mycorrhiza.

you water it with recharge a lot or naw? the bottle on voodoo juice just says 3 times per grow which doesn't seem like a lot given the bacteria can die. yea i slam mine with lots of myko's too but i got the regular version so idk if it will even work if i try watering it in but i just put a bunch during transplants

soil part im just going to run Roots organic again. still not idea about the bacteria though.

Ocean forest is a good start. A bit pricy but not nearly hot enough! A strain like strawberry cough can take a ton of nitrogen with ample root space.

Roots Oreganism is a great inoculant product. One pound of powder lasted me two years with a dozen or so plants. You can add it to the upper part of your soil in a hot mix now in the wet season. Add Mycos as well. Look into EM in flower..

The best use of Roots Organism is in a AACT set up, with some sucrose. It takes about 48-72 hours to get the activity going. But it does off gasses well. Preps the soil nice. I have never burned my plants, even seedings planted into prepped 30% to composted chicken manure.

Check out my grow in my signature. There is a ton of info there.

Like I said every watering gets either worm tea or recharge. From start until the 3 to 4 weeks before chopping.

i bought voodoo juice lol. i just saw that product but i dont think the store had it. i was debating on adding voodoo juice like bi weekly or twice a month but idk how that will affect the plants

thought you meant one time per grow lol. yea im looking into worm teas as well. do you add nutrients ontop of this or naw?
Nope I build my own soil and if I need anything nutrient wise I simply top dress with more soil I have brewed so tea in the past with megacrop which did very well.
