sog what is the optimum amount of plants per sq mtr?

i posted the same thread on indoor growing but not sure where it belongs so ill ask it here as well . with people getting up to an oz per plant in SOG with no veg how many plants can they run per sq mtr and still acheive these figures?

Never done SOG but read a folder where the guy placed a clone per square foot.

It depends on the size of pots you use. Considering the speed at which a harvest is produced - by going directly into bloom after your clones take root - your pots won't need to be larger than 4L - but don't go below 3L. By using square pots you'll be utilizing the space more efficiently. You could cram 36 15x15cm (3.4L) square pots in there with some wriggle room to spare.

most amount of plants per sq ft is achieved through a vertical grow system like heaths.

if ur doin a no veg single cola then 4 per sq ft... if ur veggin a few weeks then 1 per sq ft... ive seen single cola sogs done in beer cups bout 1/2oz each... to get an oz of each ull probly have to veg a bit

Im thinking maybe flood and drain tables or nft channels possibly incorporating aeroponic misters as well
