SOG or the big boys

So I currently have a small bedroom grow, I have 20 plants in there now. I was wondering what the rollitup weedperts would have to say about my question. Would I be able to get a higher yield per time ratio if i switched to SOG or stayed with the classic grow 'em big. I was thinking SOG would give me a higher yield since i could build multiple shelves and whatnot. The room is about 10foot, 9foot, by 9 foot tall with a closet that i have fit two mothers in.
