sog method question

Hey guys just a quick question about sog i was wondering if handling the plants putting them threw the netting is ok for them? I no the idea is to be gentle. i just dont want to kill my girls. Thanks everyone in advance for any help its always much appreciated.

They can handle it, just don't be to rough.

if u lay the net down on them to begin with theyll just grow straight up thru on they own
