If the plants are female let the seeds mature if it was early enough. They are a new feminized cross.

Good question. All cannabis plants have the tendency to hermie. Good breeders stress the plants so they are resistant. It is likely you are stressing your plants through environment or nutrient deficiency/ over feed.
But I keep and plant my own "bag seeds" as there are still a few every once in a while and the last one I felt was worth posting on the Frostiest Buds thread. It is real good flower.
It should be. The seeds came from 2 plants I really like.

Oh. The bag seed plant never produced any male parts by the way. But the plant that made them obviously did.

Run until buds are ready
You can do a dry trim and take the seeds out
Plant seeds when you have time many will be fems, smoke the fems flowers. Maybe don't breed with those seeds though.
