California has no Terry Laws (stop and identify). As we all know cops are allowed to lie, but we don't have to give in to such lies. But what about threats? Are they allowed to threaten you bodily harm for refusing to show an ID?

I have a form of autism, more specifically Asperger's Syndrome. I have long hair that goes well beyond the middle of my back. Beaches have lots of sun which causes me to burn easily. So yeah, I probably looked like a freak with jeans on and a button up shirt.

Today was a family day at the beach. My wife said I should take my son, who has moderate autism, and show him the water on the pier. We saw a pelican and he went crazy and thought it was going to attack him.

On the way back I talked with this guy about his mirror lens. I've never seen one before, but I know about them. He was taking close ups of the moon. My son thought it was interesting and was saying, "what's that! Moon!"

All of a sudden this cop says, "you like cameras?"

Me, "Yeah, I have one of my own, but I left it at home. Now I regret it. I've never seen a mirror lens before."

Then I get blind sided with some do gooder called the cops on me. What am I supposed to do? My son has autism, should I just leave him home? Kids with that disorder won't always act calm, and at times act like the world is coming to an end. It probably didn't help he was calling out mama either.

All I got from the cop was how my son had no shirt and looked cold. But, even if he was in winter clothes, he still acts that way. Also, there were tons of other kids the same age, height, weight, who were shirtless and crying on the beach for mama too! Which I even pointed out to the cop later on, but their response was, "well, those people didn't have the cops called on them, now did they?" Yeah, fuck you asshole pig! :finger:

I only give my name, and cop goes on this tirade. To which my response is, "uh huh," works for Obama right? Doesn't work too well if you're an Aspie.

Finally I'm getting tired of this shit and say am I free to go. At this point the cop asks for an ID. I tell the cop,no and if I'm free to go, again, or am I under arrest. This is one stubborn cop and tells me, "I'll follow you to your wife." I again tell her, "no, I'm not letting you follow me, stop harassing me. Either arrest me, or leave me be!"

The cop is getting very pissed. I don't care. So I start to walk away and the cop tells me to stop being belligerent or I'm going to get wrestled to the ground, still not saying I'm under arrest. I again ask if I'm under arrest. Otherwise I'm free to go, and I don't have time for this, and I walk off without even looking back carrying my son.

Some land of the free, with liberty and justice for all!

Oh yeah, fuck the police! :finger:

If you remember his name or badge number id call the city and bitch to the commissioner or highest ranking officer. Threaten a lawsuit or a restraining order. If only he would have thrown you to the ground. A couple bruises would be worth a couple thousand bucks.

The cops came into my friends house because his garage door was open..... and thats where there side and basement doors are. So they checked the main door and it was locked. checked the basement door and it was open so they started looking around his basement while his mom and sister were home and his mom started flippin out because she thought someone broke into the house and was rummaging through the basement.

There excuse was "they wanted to make sure no one had broken into the house" and by doing so, broke into the house themselves...

Needless to say we called them up and gave them a stern talking to and threatened to take it to court or get a restraining order against the cops.

My friend who lived there and his sister had been caught for weed several times so the cops were just tryin to catch him smokin or sellin.

FTP. Even if you dont know the officer you should call up and bitch. Try describing him and just give them a piece of your mind. Sometimes they have to be told they dont make the laws they just enforce them.

Very nice to hear, a lot of people don't know their rights and would have offered up their ID without even thinking. Those magic words "am I being detained or am I free to go"...the cops hate that. Unless they have a legitimate reason they can not keep questioning and harassing you, and I really believe most of them get off on doing this. I have really very little respect for LEO anymore, motherfuckers get away with murder in most cases. My wife has charges pending right now that are total bullshit, one being aggravated assault for pushing a woman at a concert that got in her face, and was screaming spitting and in my wifes face. She pushed the bitch to back her off and the drunk cunt rolled down a hill and cut her head open in the process. My wife was tackled, cuffed, and detained for around 2 hours with the cuffs on. Now she is facing a felony charge, WTF? I wasn't there and it's probably a good thing cause I'd probably still be in jail. Fucking pigs, I hate em.

That's why the pig didn't, because they both knew they were full of shit. I called them both on their gestapo behavior. Which is why I was allowed to just walk away. Believe me, if they had cause to throw me to the ground, they would without even a threat. Whenever a cop threatens you, take that as a hint they won't actually do it. You can even ask them politely to go through with their threat, like I did, but I also did a threat of my own by saying I would sue the whole police department and make their lives a living hell. Pigs assume we're all stupid. It's our job to prove how stupid they are.

Because that's what I have? It's not my fault the others in psychiatry thought I had bi-polar and wouldn't listen to my complaints about sensory problems. It's not my job to diagnose myself and I can only trust the "professionals" say. My new family doctor said she thought I had Asperger's and had the other doctors look at their files more closely. To doctors you're just an annoyance which would otherwise be free money. Once in a while you get that rare doctor who actually gives a shit.

I have never had a positive interaction with the cops. It's a profession that attracts predatory human beings and gives them a god complex. Fuck Pigs, even when I don't get stopped, I always make sure I am as rude as I can possibly be without being arrested whenever I see one.

That really sucks. Which is why if I see a pig, I'll very non-chalantly get out of their way. I wish I had my camera on me, like I said in the OP. I'd use my 720p video with the 21mm f3.2 lens with all it's wide angle glory and posted it on Youtube. Fucking pigs, amen!

dude u are not free...............u are free to do what they tell u to do other wise u can be a terriost and then go to jail for life with no trail ............NDAA 1057 gives the usa military rights on usa soil they can pick up and hold a person for life and never charge them with any crime

u live russia now (next thing will be a collection of weapons ) just wait untill the next big thing and ppl get scared and want to feel safe they will give up all the freedoms they have

as for the cop next time video tape it and put it on YOUTUBE ..............they are in a public area and have no rights u are allowed to photograph/reacord them in those areas (cop will tell u stop and try to take your phone away ) but aslong as it is Public land u can reacord

and be smart set the phone to reacord the video then it emails /uploads to a account (they take the phone fine u get to charge them for a brand new one and u still have the tape for later)..............yes the police can collect your phone if they think it has reacordings of a crime but they have to return it with in 60 to 90 days

it is really simple "officer i am reacording this so we have a 3rd party veiw becuase u are being a little nazi with power"


i am that one bastard that knows enough to make a trail last months and fuck with cops for not doing the full treatment

techinally u do not have to give them a breath test or anything (5th ) they are part of the court system and they are forceing u to give evidence against yourself

one cop pulled me over for doin 45 in a 35, (i contested it, cuz that road has always been 45)

when i get to court the cop is there, so im anticipating getting fucked over by a judicial law clerk with delusions of adequacy, but when asked to make his statement, the cop says the ticket is CRAP, cuz they only changed 1/3 of the speed limit signs when they changed the speed limit the night before i got pulled over, and in the 2 months since my ticket they changed the speed limit on that street up and down, 2 more times, and he has better things to do than bust people for goin the speed limit, and then comin to court to back up a ticket which is bullshit.

i kinda got a man-crush on him right there.

in my state if u refuse to blow they take the drivers id away for 6 months as punshiment ...................i know enough of the local cops in my area i hvae not been picked up in 13 years now they just tell me go home ( i know enough shit about what they have done i can blackmail their asses ) the second top cop in my area his father buys weed off me and has for the last 15 years ( he tipped me off when my place made the list for raids )

it is u ppl that allow them to do this ................your walking down the street a cop tells u to stop (if he wants to be a dick u can go to jail for not listening to lawful orders )

if a cop touches u this is allowed it is not assult (if u toch a cop that is atempted murder of a policer officer) ..............i left school at 17 years old i was bored got up walked out and was going to make a call home to get a ride out a cop stops me i told him what i was doing and started to walk away he put his hand on me i turned around and told him not to touch me ......and started walking again he did it again and i knocked that fucker out i told him not to touch me ............the only reason i was not locked up for several years is ppl got it on the cell phone and it was proven i was provoked ( i was older then 16 so i could leave school and not be a crime 16 crime 17 i am legal )
