My ambient co2 is like 170, I live way out in the sticks, outside PPM according to my meter is 170-200 PPM.

I just wanted to confirm co2 levels dont matter during lights off.

Thanks-

Your ambient CO2 levels are more likely 380-400 PPM depending on your altitude and proximity to population centers. Methinks you need a new meter. :weed:

To answer your question, lights off, no photosynthesis, CO2 is irrelevant (excluding extreme possibilities). IOW, you don't waste pumping CO2 during dark cycle.

Plants spit out any unused co2 at night,no need to supplement at night.

Really no need to supplement wuth co2 either unless all other environmental factors are dialed (lighting, temperature, humidity, water, nute strength, etc.) as the other environmental variables are more important.

Of course if you are running a sealed room,co2 must be used, but not at night.

Thank you for the confirmation. As for arguing my meters readings, I'm sure they could be off by 80 ppm. Either way its what the digital readout says. No need to get uptight about it 'dad'

Again, ty for the confirmation.
