This is what I do:
1- Scrape as much as you can from the bottom, the grinders thread and the screen and place it into a baggy.
2- Fold the baggy till you have a tight package with all the pollen in in a small corner.
3- Tape the bag so it stays that way.
4- Wrap kitchen towel around it and tape around the baggy.
5- Run under the tap then wring out the water so its damp.
6- Microwave for 15 seconds.
7- Put pressure on the package (rolling pin, milk bottle, whatever)
8- Place in freezer
9- Unwrap after 20-30 min and pell away the baggy to reveal some hash.
Its good to bong or crumble into a joint.

If you have allot you can make hash out of it, however, simply sprinkling some onto your bowls will increase the THC content and it'l get you higher. Mixing it with joints wouldn't work as well because some of it will be lost.
So just sprinkle some on a few bong rips every now and then.
