just bought some ecuadorian mushroom spores , i have jars, vermiculite, and perlite, where would i go about finding brown rice flour?

Most major chain grocery stores, especially if they have an organic section. If that doesn't work try health food stores.

alright, im thinking about just using coir, but im really not sure where id find that either?

Coir from a hardware/garden store - buy it in a block and hydrate.

Brown rice flower you can make yourself with a coffee grinder/blender and a bag of brown rice... its next to the normal rice

Yeah I never really saw brown rice flour, just had to get brown rice and use a coffee grinder. Try shaking as you're grinding, goes faster

I would not bother unless the healthfood store kept it in the fridge like it is supposed to be stored....
