I started flowering on Tuesday night -- tonight will be night 3 on 12/12
6 plants under CFL. 4 x 42w of which are on the timer for 12/12 the other 5 (1x42w, 4x23w) I turn on manually. If I leave for a while (work, whatever else) I will rotate which side I leave on. These were vegged for 10-11 weeks. Tallest is 1 foot high. Just straight water right now with a natural pH of 6.7 left out for 24 hours.
Plus I have an additional 3 tiny plants in plastic cups which vegged for maybe 2 or 3 weeks that I am just leaving in there for the hell of it.
No photos right now. My batteries are charging and I just don't feel like going through the process.
I am surprised at the amount of growth over the last 3 nights. I have noticed a lot more increased growth compared to the 18/6 and previous 24/0 lighting.
I think only one is starting to show sex right now. Way too soon but I am pretty sure I see small white hairs. Definitely different from those small green leave spikes that stick out throughout the grow. But it may also be a hermie. I am giving it a few more days to be sure. It is my oldest plant and the most lacking as far as looks go
I am hoping for 2 - 3 out of the 6 to be chicks.
They're in small pots so I may replant to 3 or 5 gallon pots after sexing and possibly go back to veg.
I'll probably get impatient and just get some free weed. Minus start up costs for the first grow = ~$200 / whatever weight I get if any!
I'll post pics tomorrow or the day after.
