if you are flowering with cfl's, flower immediately. trust me, she will be a beast.

I usually let the plant recover a week or two from the cutting's
have you had luck sending them right away kindprincess?...I'll have to try it in the future...Then again if your using cfl the plants not getting a double whammy with the intense light change of hps

my point is that is a big plant for a cfl flower. i would flower now, take slips from the bottom of the plant.
if you top, you should wait atleast a week for the plant to start putting out again. as nuggz said...

Iduno I do not see any non fan leaf branch growth on the pic.
My mother has 4 branches with 2-3 nodes on each that I am going to take next week.
I would say they are about 7" long
