so how bad is an HPS bulb that's already seen 2 cycles?

So this bulb is about a month into its 3rd grow cycle (150w HPS)

I have never heard of anybody replacing a bulb more often than every 9 months. Most people that I have encountered replace bulbs every 2 years.

BUT i would recommend that you move up to a 400watt HPS
