So Cal- Should I plant into the ground with soil or into a 5 gallon grow bag?

Hi. Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I plan on growing outdoor in the summer months in CA. Im thinking second week of May till late July or August. I will have strong healthy clones, probably a fast flower strain. No water source so I will have to conserve on water. Should I use a grow bag or dig into the ground and mix my soil into the hole? No idea what I am gonna do so any ideas would help plenty..Also, any advise like on strains that are high yeilder would be awesome..

I'm out here too. lol, I would say go with a firve or ten gallon container/growbag/smart pot outside, you know how our weather was this whole past year, 2 weeks hot, 2 weeks rain, blah blah blah I think you get the point lol its a good Idea because if any freak weather comes around you can move them without having to worry. also its kind of a deterent to some types of bugs, alot of them like us, can be lazy and not want to crawl up a whole pot to get to a plant.

I plan to plant in the ground this year, I though about doing bags but decided against it. I don't want any root bound plants.
