Now that hemp is legal in the US, does that mean cannabis seeds themselves are no longer considered contraband?

cannabis seeds have never really been a priority for law enforcement. They mostly just get confiscated when found

No. Still not legal. Neither is using the USPS to mail them out...even from a legal state. Gonna take nationwide legalization for those kind of things to happen.

Depends on what they wanna do. The worst of it would be a cultivation charge for manufacturing (would be the same charge someone would get who makes hard drugs like meth) but since its just a silly seed i wouldnt worry about it as that prob wont happen.
