SNS 209 All Natural Systemic Pest Control, anyone?

Has anyone used SNS 209 All Natural Systemic Pest Control as a preventative? Had area last year in garden that I brought clones into that had aphid infestation, not apparent at first. Never, ever again, I'll stick to regulars!! Do not know if there are aphids sucking on underleaves if that means plant has root aphids as well? Or are they seperate types of aphids?
Bought SNS 209 at hydro store yesterday. Active ingredient is rosmeric acid, you add to water, or can use foliar, or in planted rows. I use smartpots on top of gopher wire.
Curious to know if I use this product will my plant take on aroma, smell of rosemary?
I wanted to mix my soil 50/50 ( half used 707 and half fresh) but now after 1/8th of garden got aphids ( regs far away, not affected) I guess Ill have to buy all new Roots 707 and wash all smartpots at laundromat.
Any input appreciated!

I tried it for several weeks in hydro reservoir.

Root aphids clearly didnt like it. But it didn’t eradicate them. Too expensive to maintain dosage rates for not wiping them out.

Much cheaper to add 1000 ladybugs every week. They knocked back the aphids to where I cant find them anymore.

It’s the first time I’ve ever gotten the ladybugs to work. Although, Im not positive they totally wiped out the RA’s.
