Smooth Tinfoil Bad Still?

Hey,

I know tinfoil is bad to use instead of mylar but if need be could you use tinfoil but make sure it is VERY smooth. Would that still create hot spots on the plant?


Also, as a cheap ass home made reflector can I use an aluminum pie pan?

no tin foil.

not sure what an al pie pan is... aluminium should be a last resort really. cant u get Mylar or white paint?

you dont need to mess with foil,pie tubs, ir garbage bags, just use flat white paint, ive always used it and it works as good as maylar.

paint costs more than garbage bags
