Smoking with a cold - a stoners review

I came down with a severe cold recently and decided to continue smoking through my sickness despite what I heard about mj lowering your immune system. I discovered that not only did weed reduce my symptoms but it seems that marijuana has some decongestant properties too as my stuffiness seemed to have subsided with every hit i took.

I realized that weed could've simply been masking the true severity of my cold and I could have been the fortunate victim of a self fulfilling placebo but either way I was delighted when my cold went away.

Whatever the case was I realized that Marijuana is a serious medicine, capable or curing what ails you.

I got strep throat about a month ago and i smoked the entire week i was feeling sick. I felt normal but just sounded funny. Ice Helps alot.

well when i got my wisdom teeth taken out doc gave me vicodin i told him i prefer 2 "self medicate" aka smoke kronic he said thats better that what he prescribed ............. so he never precribed me anything and i continued 2 smoke my strawberry cough and my mouth healed up nicely:weed:

im gonna call BS on this one...

first off, no oral surgeon is ever gonna tell you its ok to smoke (anything) directly after getting your wisdom teeth pulled out (not that you dont anyways)...most will tell you no smoking (tobacco even) for the next 24-48 hours

secondly, unless you only got one tooth pulled out and it wasnt already impacted, and assuming your mouth isnt made out of steel, erb would never mask that pain

dont fake the funk
 
I dunno my oral surgeon didn't seems opposed to me smoking weed after my dental implant, he was very adament about abstaining from smoking tobacco specifically though.

He was a cool dude, he gave me extra time on the NOS on high........very high. lol
 
damn, you guys are lucky...

...i said fuck it and had a local number...i was still awake and completely there...could hear my teeth cracking as they were getting pulled and the only thing i could think was:

"damn, i know that was supposed to hurt"

aw man I wouldn't be able to cope with that, sounds shitty. I'm a bit sensitive with such things, I have to be put out of my misery when it comes to stuff like that......

Hey it is what it is, got 2 teeth pulled they tried to prescribe me with pills I said no thanks I prefer 2 "self medicate" they said ok cool

ps dont tell me what happened 2 me :finger:
 
yeah...i was just about to believe you when the bullshit alarm i got on my computer went crazy...

this thing must be broken
 
hay man my dad had 4 half smashed out teeth removed from a bar fight the next day and his mouth was swollen and shit after having them removed and he got all there's tablets from the doc, didnt take any of them and just smoked, it helped him, but didnt do his mouth any good, but took the pain away
