smoke yourself sober

ok so my friend has recently told me that she has smoked enough herb that she will actually smoke herself sober
now to me that makes no sense
the more thc in your body the higher you are
thats like drinking yourself sober
or killing yourself alive
she has claimed this happened to her on several occasions
has this happened to anyone else or is it just an urban myth

a lot of people will say that they do. but it's really that their dopamine gland has already done so much that day that when thc hits it, it doesn't release nearly as much, so they don't feel any different.

that makes enough sense for me

i've done it before, theres no need to smoke that much is what i learned
