Smells like a Dank fruit

I had just got some medical bud called sno cap. when i opened it i didnt smell weed at all but it was in a medical bottle. Since i bought this on the street and from some guy i didnt know i was like "dude what the fuck is this?" he said it was strait from the med shop. It smelled like a lemon or some kind of fruit. i blazed a bowl and it tasted real good and got me super high (although i did get a crazy headache). The nug was a gram and the size of my palm. it was very undense.

Has anyone ever had tried it before?
