Small yellow spots

I'm seeing a few tiny yellow spots along with a yellow leaf tip. Showed up after a new batch nutrients. These are indoor plants and I'm growing in coco. I feed them every other day. They're in week two of veg. I make the batch of nutrients a bit hot,900 ppm, so I will not be surprised if that's the issue. I thinking i need to bring it gown to 600 ppm's or so. Any thoughts???
