My complete cabinet plans
2X3X6 wardrobe cabinet. Split into two levels, 2ftX3ftX4ft flowering chamber on top * correction plant paradise, and 2ftX3ftX2ft clone/vegetation home on bottom.
Lights - 400w hps on top and flouros on bottom, not sure if I will use tubes or cfls.
Ventilation – S&P TD Series Inline Fan at top of box. Either the 5 inch round duct - 197/149 cfm (high/low) or 6 inch round duct - 293/218 cfm (high/low). Also exhausted through Homemade carbon filter. Do you think the 5in fan would be enough to keep the temps low?
My main question is with growing cycles, sizes, and nutes. Heres my theory.
I want to start my cycle with clones in 1 gal shoebox container like the cheapo-Aero cloner.
https://www.rollitup.org/do-yourself/6678-cheapo-aero-cloner.html
I plan on having a perpetual grow, split up into 3 20 days cycles, 4 plants at a time. So 4 cuttings are given 10 days to root, 10 days to veg, then 20 days in spot A in flower Room, Then 20 days in spot B and finish at spot C. That way every 20 days, will feel like Christmas.
I figure after about 10 days the strong girls will be rooted, and will be moved to a aeroponics box a little bigger for the next 10 days. Then They will be moved above to the flowering room.
I want to have 2 (18gal aeroponic systems, with 6 sites) for a total of 12 sites above. That would give each plant .5sqft. I figured I could rotate my ladies starting in the center sites directly under the light, and every 20 days move them out so the big girls will be on the outside, then medium girls, and in the center the small young ladies. I figured this will make sure they all get enough sun.
First of all I want to get your opinion on whether or not this would work. In this little space. Also I never have grow without soil so Please give me advice. I want to have it all figured out on paper before I get started. Also with aeroponics is it true that I need to run all the pumps at 1 min on 4 mins off for best results.
I also have question on nutes. I have many nutrients already that I picked up but clueless when it comes to feed charts. I have Advanced nutrients – Sensi grow A+B, sensi bloom A+B, final phase, voodoo juice, overdrive, carbo load, revive, also dr Hornbys Big bud, and gel 4 plugs. I acquired all from someone off Craigslist for $50. I have no clue how to go about using them, except start with low ppm and work up each weak, and cut off nutes for last 2 weeks.
Once I get everything figured out, I will make a detailed grow report and show the steps I will take to transform an ordinary cabinet into a stealth grow cabinet.
I had all these plans kicking around in my head and had to get it out. Please poke holes in my theories and help me figure things out.

I got my wardrobe cabinet today. Its only 30'' wide 23'' deep and 5'' tall. This is inside dimensions. It will only be used for the flower cycle, and I will put another box ontop of it to house the clones + veg. I figure I have enough room for 6 mature plants. Tomorrow I will modify cabinet with vent holes and cabinet locks, and will post my progress.

Any takers on answering some of my questions, or theorizing.

Id venture to say 6 plants would be crowded in that cabinet. Hard to say without seeing it but 4 i think would be more feasible.

Venting and lights sound legit. post some pics after you get some shit done, id like to see it

I will post some pics of my cab up later today. I have painted the inside flat white, Put a 4'' exhaust hole at the top, and 2 2'' vent holes at the bottom coming up the floor with some Mario looking pipes with two elbow pvc pipes connected together. so far I just have the HPS hanging on the clothes rod that came in it. I mounted a power strip to the top also, so I had to create a 1.25'' hole to fit the cord in, located at the top left. I also got the material to make my carbon filter, minus the carbon, which I will just add to it once I need it, save a few bucks for now. How much carbon do you think a standard diy carbon filter will hold? My filter is 12'' long 6'' outer diameter, and a 4'' inner diameter. I will mount the carbon filter when I am done and put it all in place minus the $100 fan I am waiting on the funds for.

Pictures will be up later tonight or tomorrow, depending on how lazy I get.

I also have to find a way to seal off the light shining through the door. First of all I replaced the cardboard back on the wardrobe cabinet with 3/8'' plywood. Had that piece cut to fit at home depot. And with the scrap I cut 2'' strips with my cordless circular saw outside in the snow. I mounted approximately a 27'' long piece on the top and bottom, and a a 58'' piece on the right door. Each piece was screwed straddling the door trim and the door itself to overlap all the cracks around the doors. This was an attempt to create a tight seal which I dont think worked very good. I am going to get my hands on a caulking gun and caulk along every crack and joint of wood in the wardrobe. I also need to find a solution to the area around the electric cord approximately .5'' and the 1.25'' hole at the top.

I doubt anyone stayed with me and my stoned ramblings this long but I will appreciate any farther advice. I will keep taking this one step at a time.

Im trying to decide between the TD-100X or the TD-125. The TD-100X is a 4in 135/100cfm (high/low.) for $80 And the TD-125 is 5in 197/149cfm (high/low) for $89.

Both fans have 2 speeds built in, just have to figure out how to wire the high and low to a switch. They are supposed to be quieter than the panasonic whisperline fans, under 2 sones, and the price is right on both of them. I think I will go with the 4in because its a standard size.

Will the 135max cfm be good enough to keep temps low and suck through my homemade carbon, or should I go with the larger fan with 197cfm?
the cheapest I have found these fans is at Soler & Palau Commercial Centrifugal, Axial, Propeller, Exhaust and Supply Fans - Soler and Palau - HVACQuick.com

It looks like you are at the same stage as myself, I have a very similar setup in the works. Oh and lucky me, my water heater chimney had a T-branch on it, taped over at the one end. It's like they knew I was coming and would need the exhaust... haha! Anyways, good luck and I would be interested to see your progress.

Sorry guys, I gotta get a new cable for my camera to take pics. or maybe when im not stoned I will find it.

I used a quart of flat white paint on my cab and it still needs another coat. So next weekend I will continue to paint my cab. I will get some hooks to eliminate the clothes rod (save a little space) and my carbon filter is done awaiting final adjustments and filling. When I get my fan in I will finish the filter. I know I am suppose to put the carbon filter in front of the fan, pull air instead of push it through the filter. But I imagine this would create more noise, not having anything to dampen the air, so I figured I would try pushing air through the filter, and see how this work work. It would act as a sound muffler instead.

I used rubber seal tap and it seems to work pretty good. Now I just got to get a caulking gun, and then I will prob be air tight.
