small problems

my plants wont get up above 1st lat of leaves, meaning they wont grow, in soil bout a inch high, have tried over 40 times they get to this hight then stop growing.they in natural light have tried them in grow room with 400hps but still same problem!! ive grown in new zealand and never had a problem, now in australia i have this shit happening. seeds come from 4 different sorces so i know it aint seed quaility ive tried filtering light, still same prob someone help!!

How is your grow different now than before? If you changed anything that is probably it. Are the temps different? Are you using water from the tapp?

How deep is the soil that they are in ?
Has there been any really could weather ?
Is the soil nice and loose or really compressed ?

its a strange 1 this a cannabis plant can strech for a torch light and you tryed growing them under a 400hps

soil loose enough, allways warm here bout 25degrees c at night, gets up to 40+ during the day but i no not to put em out in that heat, ph levels are good, soil dept about 10inches, and i use water machine water(its fresh with no cholrine) and at room temp, under the 400hps some of the reached for light but never actually grew out only up. im doing everything the same as i did in nz, just the weather conditions are different here

hmmm sounds strange, go back to New Zealand i think, haha
