small plant one big bud

I've been seeing folks on youtube with extremely small plants and one giant bud,i dont grow for profit or yield i do it as a hobby i was just wondering if someone could advise me on how to go about producing a couple of them?
Here are the seeds i have to chose from witch ones would be the best to use?

Just straight flower at around 8/12 inch,no topping just leave hger be that will produce one main cola with odd side cola

Make sure you keep the lights has close has possible,leave min 8 week this is when the main cola will get fat from weeks 6/7/8/
