Small odor control filter for DIY dry box?

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know if there are any small odor control filters that I could use to make my own dry box?

There are some people that use carbon prefilters for their DIY dry boxes, but I feel that wouldn't completely suppress the smell of 1lb of drying bud... Please correct me if I'm wrong though.

I have a 4" inline fan connected to a decent sized carbon filter in my grow room and want to implement a similar setup to my dry box. Silent and odour free!

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have less than a week to make this thing xD

kind of depends on how dank this bud is but a carbon filter should do the trick although a 4inch fan might pull too much depending on your box might want to get a bathroom fart fan from the depot for your setup

wait.. you actually have a pound of weed to dry? or you are using that weight hypothetically.. for small amounts, it doesnt even really smell that much... i normally just give my room a mexican bath (massive amounts of cologne) and spray some fabreeze

Yeah i hear ya, i think u deff want to filter that out. made the mistake of saying it dont smell much last year. you could smell it all around the the outside even.

im thinking about constructing a similar contraption for drying my harvest too.

i plan on taking a 30-50 gallon rubbermaid tub and outfitting it with a computer fan and a homemade carbon filter along with a few tubs of off brand ona gel around the exhaust

I've actually found a bunch of guides on how to make your own activated carbon filter... Plenty of them @ rollitup lol

there is a great thread on making a DIY drybox with built-in charcoal filter and a PC fan but i don't know if i can post the url here because it's from another forum? anyway, I PM'd it to you, if anybody else wants the link PM me or else can somebody just give me the green light to post it here?

shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit im drying some rpemature violator kush, and hash plant that reek.... it will dry to 1/4 around and stinks shit up
