Small Indoor CFL Stand Grow

Hello all, Welcome to the thread!

1.) Seed = GWS
2.) Soil = Home made blend.
3.)Nutes = Ionic boost and grow.
4.)Lites = Small CFL wattage. (150w all together)

Not really sure of the age, She has been sitting back in the closet for some time now on 24/7.. Just brought her out to let her get into 12/12..

I will be adding more 2700k bulbs sooner/later..

She is fed every other watering with nutes, Got split today so I hope she comes back from it.
After she is sex'd to be 100% sure fem she will be stuck back into veg and her clones will enjoy a lovely flower..

Okay, criticism is welcome and greatly appreciated!!.

Well, the dresser was swapped today for more room/height. I was trying to clean some of her leaves earlier and ripped a couple tops off.. (bad luck with this lady, first I rip her down the middle, now I'm taking her beautiful tops away).

Does anyone have experience with the 150w CFL 2700k for flowering? I was planning on running 4 of them in the flowering closet.

Im using a envirolite 125w 2700k for flowering and it bangs out quite a lot of heat, If your gonna run 4 of the 150w you want to make sure your ventilation is top notch or your plant will shrivel from the heat.

How well does one let the plant yield? I have a pretty good heat range from 67-75*F and I always have more fans / air conditioners lol. Here is onto some more pics..

Wanna say its day 9 of 12/12. I'm pretty excited!, I know she is going to need more light in the near future though.

Update time.. Well i kinda been dicking around with lighting/reflective material and fans. Came out pretty niffty lol.. She is sleeping right now but I will deff be posting pics tomorrow morning when she wakes up..

She seems to be doing very good though, her hairs/pistols are coming along very nicely.. Anybody mess with the 55W cfl 2700k's @ wally world yet? they are 10$ and put out almost 4k lumens. Seems like a good investment, I'm picking 2 up tommorrow so if anyone hasn't I will first it..

Used a microwave fan for the exhaust in the bottom of the box, Adding the 2 26w's brought my box to an even 80F through out the day and 67 @ night..
Is they a cheap DIY way for the co2? and is it worth it in the end?

I have a lot of questions I'd love to ask but no1 is really interested in my grow lol.

counted 30 different tops today also. I plan on taking a lot of clones, I have "schultz root take" but I've never cut a clone before. Is it hard to do? How much lighting will I need to keep 10-15 clones alive before they go outside in a month or so?

Don't feel like editing, So: I'm setting up a wireless camera via http: inside the box, It will have full access to movement and everything. I will post links after I'm finished lol. Got stupid stoned and thought it would be a slick idea. Its set up right now to take a pic every hour. lol. Soon as I figure out how to write the script to upload the pics via my journal it will be slick lol. okay i'm off once again! laterrr

so to adress your questions.
-cloning is very easy, i am sure there are threads on here about it or you can look it up on youtube i know there at least ten videos up there.
-c02 in my opinion is only effective if your room is completly sealed so if its not i would stop there or you will just be wasting money. some people say that if the plants are in a room with alot of people or pets then they could pick up of the c02 that we put out ourselfs put i dont know how true that is.
-i was thinking about picking up some 80w bulbs from www.1000bulbs.com for when i start to flower.

I'm going to look into a couple of them bulbs too.

The co2 is a no go and thank you for mentioning that you room has to be sealed for co2, I jus have it all thrown together in a dresser lol.

As far as cloning goes, I watched a couple video's lastnight.. Time to venture off and read about their living conditions. =)

looks good man, for a space that small you have done a great job. Those lights you adding should really make a big difference. She's going to start growing and flowering real quickly, and your going to be noticing daily changes the next couple of weeks. Keep of the good work I look forward to seeing the final product.

Well me and my roomate got stoned earlier and got the calculators out lol.. Walmart carries 6pk 26w 2700k bulbs for 13$, WITH the lighting that is in the box as of now, there will be a total of 16,000 lumens dedicated to her. which isn't much compared to all the MH/HPS growers but haha I save on my electric bill =).

Also, took 5 clones, made a box for them, and lets see how they go, they have a 26w U shape 5500K and a 26w 6500k on them with an 80mm pc fan. the lumens from them are 4800 together.. will that be enough until they root themselves?

I will be adding a lot more pictures tomorrow, then its 3days per update..

4800 lumens is more than enough to root a plant. Usually clones are places on the other side of the room as a normal light i have rooted lots of clones with one 23 watt cfl 4 feet above it and it worked fine
what type of clone box did you make?

Its nothing special, If you guys see any flaws PLEASE speak up, I don't want these babies to die! lol. Doing 5 clones every 2 weeks if it works out right. I'm not up for much more than that ( too much a noob ).

I will be updating with pictures of the girl after her new lights get in.

New clone box!! Got stoned and creative.. Turned Out badass imo. I will post a pic in a little of it all closed and sealed.. power supply working like an out take, and intake is the 80mm..

Gotta love collecting shit, Never know when it comes in handy lol..

opinions,criticism is wanted/appreciated!, I don't wanna lose my clones lol. they are like little babies, too much time dedicated to em to watch em die lol.

co2 is more than worth it even in a dresser, (more bulbs+higher wattage)higher temps+higher yields = higher you..

I'd ditch the cans and bottles and get some 16 ounce styrofoam coffee cups from the corner store. roots hate light so wont like the bottles and they will like to cling to those ridges when transplanting. definately enough light in there for them probably a tiny bit too much. you could make a 5 site bubble cloner for like 9 10 bucks too with a hella high success rate that you can stick in the box

Can't really tell much growth on her.. But here are some pictures of her.. ah she is starting to smell skunky/citrusy.

She might be venturing to a new home, koko420. A member on here. we put our heads together and adding all our lights together and his space will be amazing *New grow to come
