Small for 4 weeks?

So this Is my first grow and it's been 4 weeks since she popped out. I didn't have good lighting at first but upgraded and got some good CFL's on her and she instantly grew like crazy but recently it seems like she's slowed down and I'm worried she's way to small for 4 weeks. Can I get some input on this as well as when I should switch to 12/12 I currently do 24 hrs thanks!

Well mos def that thing is not ready for 12/12. I suggest growers with your experience veg the thing for 6 to 8 weeks. In that time you will learn a lot about the plant and it will be large enough and healthy enough to produce a lot of bud. Do it anywhere near the size it is now and you'll yield about 12 to 16 grams tops.

Hey man looking good but she's starting to suffer from heat and light stress, Move the light away and that should help cool things down a bit and make her work for it! She's small so I would give her a few more weeks of flower probably eight weeks total as hotrodharley suggested. Also you might want to consider 18/6 IMO the girls need their beauty sleep! Good luck man keep up the good work! :)
